Refund, Cancellation & Tax Policy
The Divine Ghost Writers refund policy will be void if:
- You have chosen a special package.
- The initial draft has been approved by the client.
- You have demanded revisions.
- The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
- The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.
- Company policies have been violated.
- Another company or writer/publisher has been approached for the same project.
- The creative brief is lacking required information.
- A complete change has been demanded in the manuscript.
- The claim has crossed the given refund request period.
- The business is closing or changing its name.
- Reasons such as change of mind, disagreement with partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to a refund.
- If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that specific service and not the entire bundle.
- The client will not be entitled to any refund after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not eligible for refunds.
- For websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the initial draft and has provided a feedback for revisions.
- The customer is not eligible for a refund after 24 hours once the contract has been sent. If the contract is not signed within 48 hours, no refund will be granted without a valid reason.
Note:
Divine Ghost Writers reserves the right to reject any project or cancel any contract whenever deemed necessary.
After a refund has been issued, all rights to the drafts and materials remain the sole property of Divine Ghost Writers.
The customer may not use any refunded work for any purpose.
An order can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for eligible reasons only.
If an order is cancelled within the first 24 hours, 15% of the invoice amount will be retained as a cancellation charge.
If cancelled after 24 hours, 25% of the invoice amount will be retained as a cancellation charge.

- All communication between Divine Ghost Writers and the customer should be documented through the registered email address provided by the customer.
- For order delivery, the company shall contact the customer through email at least three times.
- If there is no response after three emails and seven consecutive working days have passed since project delivery, the project shall be deemed accepted by the customer.
- If the customer remains non-responsive for 10 consecutive days, the Money Back Guarantee becomes void.
- Divine Ghost Writers reserves the right to review and uphold any refund request at its sole discretion.
Payments made by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are processed through secure merchant services.
Divine Ghost Writers does not store customer card details on its systems.
Payments via PayPal are processed through PayPal.
All prices advertised on this website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

How do I qualify to claim a refund?
When you receive an edited draft of your manuscript and do not find them according to your brief,
you may choose to claim a refund. The following table explains your eligibility:

How long does it take to claim a refund?
Refund processing may take up to 21 business days.
Does the Money Back Guarantee apply to all packages?
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to custom packages.
Once a draft is approved and revisions are requested, the guarantee becomes void.
However, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will continue to apply.
